How to use it
- Charge the collar with the included USB cable until the indicator shows it is full.
- Slide the light tube out of the plastic housing and hold it around your dog's neck.
- Cut the tube at the length you need – there is a small scissors mark printed as a guide.
- Push the trimmed tube back into the housing and close the buckle.
- Press the button to cycle through steady, slow flash and fast flash, then press again to switch off.

Who this collar is for

Frequently asked questions
Can I really cut this LED collar shorter?
Yes. The light tube is designed to be trimmed. Slide it out of the housing, cut it with ordinary scissors at the length you need and push it back in. The glow still travels the full remaining length.
How long does the battery last on one charge?
Expect several hours of continuous steady glow from a full charge, and considerably longer in flash mode because the LED is switched off between pulses. A single charge comfortably covers a week of typical evening walks.
How do I charge it?
Plug the supplied USB cable into the port on the collar housing and connect it to any USB wall adapter, laptop or power bank. A full charge takes roughly an hour.
Is the collar waterproof?
It is water-resistant, so rain, snow and wet grass are not a problem. It is not designed for swimming, so take it off before your dog gets fully submerged.
Can I attach a leash to it?
No. This is a visibility collar, not a walking collar. Keep your dog's regular collar or harness for the leash and wear this one alongside or over it.
Will it fit a cat?

Which colour is brightest?
Green and white read as the brightest to the human eye, followed by pink and orange. Red and blue look slightly softer but still stand out clearly against a dark background.
Why does the colour look uneven along the tube?
Slight variation in brightness along the length of a fiber optic tube is normal and expected on this type of collar. It does not affect how visible your dog is.
Is the light irritating for the dog?
No. The LED points along the tube rather than into your dog's eyes, and the tube itself is soft and lightweight, so most dogs stop noticing it within a walk or two.
What size should I order if I am unsure?
Measure your dog's neck with a tape measure and order the next size up, then trim it. Ordering larger is always safer than ordering too small.
